Catherine Von Ach License #136870 of Discovery Realtors, based on my experience with her that lasted well over a year was HORRIBLE. If you run across this agent claiming to have an investor that wants to “save your home” while selling your home while facing a hardship, RUN THE OTHER WAY!!! There is a predatory scam this woman is running and I was a victim of it. I pray she doesn’t do what she did to me to anyone else. She currently under investigation by Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) due to her behavior on my transaction and others.
