We lucked up when going to view a house we loved on Zillow when they paired us with Chris. He was able to get us a viewing without getting pre-approved which was a requirement for many we had tried to view before. We loved the house and within a 2 day period he worked with us to get pre approved and our offer submitted. We were in a multiple bid situation with bids over asking price. He advised us on the best route to get the win and we prevailed! He worked with us every step of the way up to closing to make sure that we made all the right decisions. He was extremely responsive as well no matter how many times we called him. All of this during a pandemic!
