Amazing.nI think the Liang Pi at Chef Hong's is my new favorite dish in Austin. It was beyond delicious. Ample portions of noodles, cucumbers, and bean sprouts, all doused in an utterly mouth watering sauce with a nice portion of chili oil. I'm in love.nAs an added bonus, the two people running the food truck were very friendly.
Northern Chinese street food. For beginner level Chinese food eater, I recommend the chow mein. For expert level Chinese food eater, I recommend the liangpi. For everyone, I recommend the pork and chives dumplings. Simply the best.

The pork and chives were great too but i just prefer cabbage a little more.nnChow mein was deliciousnnWonton soup was seaweed-y, which is different, but i love. Fully packed with wontons! Thanks for not skimping outnnAnd beef noodle soup is one of my favorite traditional dishes. Are the noodles hand pulled?! Sooo good. Wish the beef was better but it all still hit the spot.nnThis truck is a little hidden, but come visit this place! Its yummy and i want to see them thrive
