One of my shirts, which they pointed out to me had a 6 inch tear along the sleeve. I was asked to call the manager to decide on what they can do to fix the situation. It was a casual shirt, but not cheap. I asked if they could fix the tear and we'd go from there. I have to say they did an amazing job. It simply looks like a natural fold. Plus, they gave me a store credit for future dry cleaning. They handled this extremely professionally and Mike Reid was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this place.
Just picked up my stuff and they were so kind! They walked my clothes out to my car and seemed to know everyone by name. Very impressed! I will be back!
This Reid's Cleaners blows the competition out of the water. The service is amazing. They are super nice, hard-working, fast, and have great attitudes. Pro tip: use coupons for super competitive rates.
Best cleaners I've been to since I moved to Austin. They are a tad more expensive than other places but as the saying goes you get what you pay for. Gone other places and suits don't come back as clean or as pressed as with Reid's. Also if something does come out right they go above and beyond to remedy the situation. Staff is very friendly and and they remember you every time you come in. Highly recommend.
Gave me back the wrong shirt, which is an honest mistake, but they refused to acknowledge their wrongdoing. Made a visit to the store and several calls to resolve the issue but the owner (purported decision maker) was conveniently never present. Not worth it if you care about your property or good customer service.
