I bought a consignment wedding dress and needed it cleaned for my big day. Many other dry cleaners were hesitant to take on the project but Westbank was able to help. They were so flexible and helped accommodate my schedule and location. The dress looked beautiful of course and they even helped with my veil. Cannot say enough great things about this vendor!
My husband is getting the run around from these guys. He took in a nice sport jacket that was in need of cleaning. It is unaccounted for and nobody can give him answers. They won't call him back (even though every person he talks to says they will check on it and update him), nothing ever happens. he is having to stop in, and he get's the same vague answer each time which is they will check on it. This was a very nice sport jacket. The public needs to know about their practices. Please be aware and take your dry cleaning somewhere else.
I came into this store to see about some prices on my comforters. I was very impressed with how helpful the service was from the lady Ms Aurora. She was so helpful and courteous even if she was busy. I will always recommend my friends to come to this store.
Needed a ball gown pressed and other cleaners couldn’t do it. It was done perfectly and on time. Very happy w their service and the results.
They did a fabulous job cleaning our dress blue we dropped off and they were such a kind staff! Will definitely be coming back!
