I love them so much that I took my wedding dress, swimsuit, and cocktail dress here. The wedding dress is a drop-waist sweetheart corset that needed 3 bustles (hooks for the train), the bust needed to be taken in A LOT (without it looking like Madonna's cone bra or the lace being weird), and the petticoat sewn in. They are magicians and did/ALWAYS DO an excellent job!
I called to confirm that my clothes were ready to be picked up before I spent 20 minutes walking over to pick them up. They said my clothes were ready, but when I got there, one of my sweaters was missing. They located it at the off site dry cleaning facility and told me I had to come back the next day to pick it up. Inconvenient because of the lost time and because I was going out of town the next day. Poor customer service.
Awful, awful at tailoring. Go anywhere else but here. I had two separate pairs of slacks tailored here, and the seams on both came apart within a year. Both pairs were tucked up at the bottom of the legs and both came apart in at least one leg. The second pair also came apart around the thigh area. One pair of slacks was so poorly done that it was uneven and I had to take it to another tailor to fix it.
Dropped off some laundry for Wash and Fold for a 9am pick up. When I got there at 9:10 the clothes were sitting in the dryer (overnight) and I had to wait 10 minutes for folding.... The clothes stunk from being in the damp dryer overnight. I had to take them to another laundromat to get redone.
I come here to get all of my suits tailored, and everytime I leave my clothes look like a custom fit!!
