Russ and Pat did a fabulous job selling our home in Lakeway! They went above and beyond!nnI moved to be closer to family and the Eitel Group not only managed a the remodel projects before listing, they kept me updated and comfortable through the process. During listing, they had a phenomenal photographer that helped get top dollar for our home. I absolutely recommend the Eitel Group to handle your next property.

I contacted The Eitel Group when I decided to move from The Woodlands, TX to Lakeway. After numerous trips to Austin and looking at many homes over several weeks, Pat Eitel called to ask if I would be interested in looking at a home in my desired location. Pat said even though it did not 100% match my previously outlined criteria, the home had not yet gone into MLS and she thought it might be worth a look. Boy, was she right!! I now own this awesome home and while I close out of my current home over the next month, Pat and Russ Eitel graciously offered to obtain quotes for the cosmetic changes I want (paint, flooring, slight bathroom remodel) and supervise the implementation of these changes. You cannot go wrong with this dynamic duo!

I did not personally know Russ & Pat Eitel when I listed my property with them in Jan. 2020. I only had high recommendations of them from friends. Russ viewed my property & suggested I do $8,000 of improvements. Skeptically I agreed. Russ used his workers & he himself overlooked the daily improvements, at no charge for his time. Russ & Pat showed me how to make $8,000 of updates, increase the value of my home up $75,000 from a previous offer. I highly recommend The Eitels. I could not be more pleased with the professional & friendly demeanor of this Group.

Russ and Pat Eitel are a tremendous team. Pat helped coordinated a long and challenging purchase of a new home for us and was an incredible asset to our efforts. Her patience, advice, and assistance with procedures and negotiations helped us gain the property well under market. We did a lot of searching and she never tired of viewing properties to help find the right one. As for Russ, he coordinated the sale of our existing home, provided us with expert advice with preparation, pricing, and negotiations such that we ultimately sold the property for more than the original listing price by a considerable margin. Both Russ and Pat are very detail oriented and made sure nothing fell through the cracks. Our home sold within three days of the initial listing. As if that were not enough, Russ dropped by and spent a good portion of one very warm day helping us move out and clean the property for the new owners. Too bad there is not a 6 star selection for this review!
