Delilah's attention to detail and knowledge of the real estate business makes her the very best real estate agent that we have ever worked with in our 30 years of buying and selling homes. Delilah took every precaution necessary to keep everyone safe while selling our house during the current pandemic. Delilah and her team were very hands on and helped prepare our house for sale including ordering a book with our historic home in it for potential buyers to see. We also bought a home with Delilah where her expertise and knowledge of homes got us a great deal on our home. The sale of our house and purchase of our new house was seamless as Delilah anticipated any potential road blocks and dealt with them quickly. Delilah--and her sister, Dolly--were a delight to work with! We arrived from Virginia with no knowledge of the Austin real estate market. Delilah quickly got us up to speed on the various neighborhoods and helped us navigate our way. While I would rate Delilah's services as outstanding in normal times, the fact that she made our house hunting expedition so successful during a pandemic takes this experience to a whole new level of amazing. Delilah continued to impress me each step of the way, and there were lots of steps, ask her! She is a successful business woman with a lot of passion, she’s sharp as a whip, don’t think she’s just a pretty face, this woman knows the business of real estate, well! I’d be amiss not to say she performed all of this magic during Covid, in which two of her miracle workers were sick with Covid and the magic continued........ Lastly, she is staunchly ethical and a really lovely woman, you’d enjoy working with her, I’m sure!
