Very disappointed with this company. Never showed up. Was scheduled at 9am, their first clean of the day. When I called they didn’t have me on the schedule, then told me they needed to change the truck out and would show up around 10:15. I rearranged my day for this and wasn’t even given the curtesy of a phone call. I’m all for giving local companies my business but not this one.
My tenant, two kids and a big dog moved out of my rental property and the carpet was filthy! The Steamery ATX got the carpet clean and smelling good. Pricing was very good and I would definitely recommend The Steamery ATX. I plan on using them again. Thank for a job well done!
We had the Steamery come out and clean the carpet and tile at our office. We get a lot of traffic, and it was getting pretty dirty. They did a great job and everything looks a lot better. They were easy to work with and they were able to come after hours so it didn't interfere with our day to day customers. We are now setup to have quarterly maintenance cleaning at a great price. Looking forward to having a reliable and quality cleaning company to work with.
This company is literally the best! Very honest, fast response time, kind, highly knowledgable, great communication, and basically handled my situation very professionally and quickly. I really think I would have been in a terrible situation had I gone with any other company. No one even comes close. If you are reading this, just call them. Don't look any further. They will hands down, without a doubt, handle what you need, completely and fast. Highly Highly recommend The Steamery!!!
Tres and his crew are great. Best water restoration company in town. Highly recommend them. Will definitely refer them to any of my friends and family.
