Decided to go here since they have great reviews.. should have went elsewhere. I dropped off 2 pairs of jeans and 3-6 shirts yesterday and was told they would be ready by 4:30 the next day. So I go In The next day and am told 2 shirts and 1 pair of jeans still aren’t ready and that I can come back the next day to pick them up. I understand they may have a lot to do but don’t tell me a pickup time if you can’t honor that. Not to mention how unprofessional it was how all the ladies were acting. They were goofing around and running around like they didn’t take anything seriously.
The service is exceptional, they can get spots out of anything. Bonus, they make you feel like they truly want your business. Thank you.
