The wait time was terrible even WITH an appointment on more than one occasion. The only person who knows what they are doing in there is Tiffany. All other workers are VERY rough, they have made my fingers bleed both times I've been there. They are terrible at designs, and sloppy nail painters. The nails themselves are always bulky and VERY uneven. They very obviously talk about their customers in a foreign language, and I've seen them roll their eyes at me and other customers on more than one occasion. Never going back.
Very poor customer service and attitude.
