Wow. Just wow. Jess is a super women. We just move to Abilene and she got us in the same day less than 1 hour. Very professional and helpful. We even got a move in gift from her in the form of many cleaning supplies. Recommend.

The office manager is professional and nice. If I have a maintenance issue with my apartment it gets fixed in a reasonable time frame. It's a nice and quiet apartment complex

I’ve lived here over a year now and it’s been great! The management is always so helpful and I’ve never had maintenance issues that weren't fixed in a day. The area and the other residents are very nice. Highly recommend to anyone searching for an affordable, safe and clean apartments.

While living at Summerwind I did not have any issues that weren't handled quickly and professionally. The apartment were big and well maintained.
