Upon moving in I was very pleased. Whenever Christin left a new resident manager came and that lady does not respond back VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! A few other residents here who are my neighbors say they have extra charge like we do! Added on charges every time! Look forward to leaving this place when lease is going to be up and done I do not like living hear any more I miss old resident manager she is was so very much sweet

Never had a problem during the 2 years I've lived there, maintenance guys were quick to work on any problems I had.. Moving out was a smooth experience as well.

Royal Orleans is a amazing place to live.. They office staff is wonderful.. The maintenance guy is on top.of his work. If I have an issue they get it done fast. Love this place!! :)

People broke into my apartment from the attic. There is a door on the second floor that was not locked or protected that the complex neglected to do anything about. They waited till I left and dropped in though the ceiling. I lived in this apartment for two months with a hole in my ceiling. If it was possible to give a 0 star review I would most definitely. When moving into the complex the apt was not cleaned. There was food and other trash behind the fridge. The cleaning staff was fired so 1 star. Also the decks on the second floor are severely bad and rotting. Do not move here unless your life depends on it. Very very poor area.
