We had the pleasure of working with Agent Shelley Childress at Berkshire Hathaway! She was so attentive to our every need! We would send an address, and she would quickly make an appointment for us to see the home. With Shelley's help, we were able to sell our home and purchase our new home..both closed within 30 days! Our sale closed on a Thursday, and our purchased closed Friday! She went above and beyond to work on finding us the house of our dreams! Highly recommend!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience working with Abby Speed. True to her name she was extremely responsive and worked night and day to assist us in the homebuying process. She was knowledgeable on how to purchase a home using a VA loan and guided us through each step of the process. She knows the Abilene area well and was able to answer all of our questions. We were coming from out of state and had a limited time to find a new home and she dedicated a whole weekend to help us make that happen. I highly recommend working with Abby Speed. You'll not only appreciate her professionalism, but she is also just a down to earth good person. She's not all business. Tammi Ellison listed and sold our house in Abilene, completely during the recent COVID-19 quarantine. She went way above and beyond expectations, organizing and supervising a complete renovation of the home prior to listing while we were quarantined in Washington state. Tammi went out of her way to make our house truly shine and sell quickly above the list price. A true professional, Tammi is service-oriented and motivated. Being a military family, we have negotiated many home exchanges. This was the best real estate experience we have ever had.

Brandi Sitter is the best realtor ever she found the perfect home for me she was always available for anything I needed helped me threw the whole buying process. She was very helpful and super sweet. If your looking for a home I highly recommend her and this realtor company. She was very fast to respond unlike other companies I called to see property. She's like part of the family.
