One star is way too generous. I am from out of state and wanted to sell a rental house our family owned in Abilene. Pam was my realtor/property manager and the whole process was a nightmare from start to finish. From not knowing what forms to submit, to not following up on reasonable requests to lying to me about moving the tenant in time for closing, her incompetence was unparalleled. The buyer's mover had to convince the tenant to move out while Pam had her finger in her mouth.

We have rented from Redman for a year now and have had no issues. Pam has jumped through hoops to help us and communication is great!
