I am shocked to see several 1 star reviews, but let me tell you all that was not the case for my husband and I. We absolutely loved the house we lived in, and Shawna was more than helpful to us. We had a few repair requests for minor things and those were fixed within a few days. The people she worked with to help with the repairs were very courteous, and worked around my schedule. The house was in great condition, and we fully enjoyed the house when we lived there. Everything was just so convenient where we could pay the rent directly online, and she was super responsive to emails and texts as well. We had such a great experience. Shawna also provided several great recommendations for services when I asked her for them. Absolutely love this company, and we will be renting from them again when we return to Abilene!nnUPDATE: We returned to Abilene, and bought a house! Of course Shawna was our realtor, and we found the perfect house with her! She also got us the best deal!!nLove Shawna and Red Apple!! ❤ufe0fud83cudf4e

No call back 5 days later. Guess you gotta sign up so they can wear YOU OUT!!! Nevermind . I got the info I needed . mom won't be using you guys to sell her house. Take care of business.

I was looking for a realtor to help me with buying a house, and chose Red Apple because they are a smaller non franchise local business with a family-like atmosphere and friendly staff. The Realtor who helped me through the whole process, Heather, was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and all the paperwork involved went easily and smoothly. I would Recommend Red Apple Realtors and would use them again!!

Shawna at Red Apple helped us find a wonderful rental on short notice when we first moved to Abilene. Two years later, when we were ready to buy a home, we called on her again, and I am so glad we did! Shawna was easy to communicate with and was readily available to show properties and answer questions. As first time homebuyers, we had lots to learn, but she walked us through the entire process flawlessly. One of the things I appreciated most about her was that she listened and worked to understand what we wanted; she never pressured us or tried to persuade us. We ended up with a property we LOVE, and I am so thankful Shawna helped get us here! Highly recommend :)
