The apartments are ok but u can do whatever you like they will not come when u complain they will wait until ur neighbor stop smoking and then come check it out maybe a day later! I have lived there for 5 months and still smell cigarette smoke in my apartment and the apartments are suppose to be non smoking! I have told them that I am allergic to it and it makes me for sick but that doesn’t matter! They say there doing everything they can but they have never come when I let them know my neighbors are smoking! So if u don’t have to worry about anyone from the office showing up when it’s close.. and they will ignore you when you are trying to let them know about what’s going on!

these apartments have so much promise, but the owner never does anything to fix the place up, the pool is closed more that it is opened, there are pot holes in the parking lot that could swallow a small car and the clientele is questionable at best. I love the space of the apartment and the bills being paid is nice but they (the owner) is stingy and won't fix the place up. The pool closes at 5 which if you work, you are SOL, but that is if the pool is open. It saddens me. Great location. Someone needs to buy the place that cares about it and fix it up!!!

Love the apartment! No worries because it's all bills paid! Staff are fantastic and the great location is a bonus!
