So the microwave in the unit it's been broke for a week, I put a work order since the day it stop working and they haven't fix or replace it. Bdw got a notification that the service was completed. When contacted the manager on Thursday he said that this was done by mistake and they are aware of the problem on my unit. Up until today microwave still not working. Makes me feel that the management/company don't value the customers and just want the money. This is by far the worst management no follow-up on property needs, or residents needs.

Janet in the office is helpful and attentive. The service team is quick on their feet the benefits far outweigh any issue that we might have. Love living here.

Great staff & grounds. Maintenance is extremely prompt and skilled. I love not having upstairs neighbors. We've lived here for 2 years and have had zero problems. Very pet friendly. We like to walk our dog to the back of Zoo Lake #2 which is directly connected to the property. Rent is high for an apartment, but you get what you pay for- large rooms, high ceilings, actual wood cabinets... way better than any other apartment complex in this run down city.nnEdit: yes, you can hear the train go by. It's really not that bad.
