This is the only company in town that will rent to you if you have more than 2 dogs. That’s the only good thing about them. One star.nFor those looking to rent: be aware that $0 of the pet fee you will pay during your lease signing process will go towards animal damage like carpets or blinds.

They have a property at 1919 minter that has had junk in the yard for two weeks. I understand things happen and due to legality issues they may not be able to haul it to the dump, but they could very easily put the stuff in the backyard or on the garage. Very unprofessional to not care about surrounding homeowner’s property values. We do a good job taking care of our homes for perspective renters, they must step up and do the same.

Impact Realty owns 1919 Minter Lane in Abilene, TX. This property has been vacated by previous tenants and the outside condition is quite the eyesore. I can understand if it took a few days or a week to clean up, but this property has been in this condition for many weeks. Honestly, they should be cited by the city. If Impact Realty keeps their properties in this condition for many weeks, I can only imagine what else is going on within this company. What a mess (literally)! Consider taking your business elsewhere.

If they keep up their houses like the one down the street from me I wouldn't do business with them. I've been trying to get them to clean up the yard for 3 weeks.

Thought about getting a temp rental from them, but they forget what a make ready team is. Also no maintenance person, and just general propertily maintenance is horrendous! No thank you.
