I live in the apartment complex right across the street and also work for the owner, we have another small 8 unit complex right down the alley from Flair, a couple of times I tried to walk to our other complex by simply walking through the Flair breezeway,....i won't attempt that again because the maintenance or make ready guy over there basically came out of his apartment very rudely ran me off! Not very neighborly to say the least to fellow property management, and he knows I work right across the street.
