These are great people. We walked in clueless about buying a house and left feeling secure in the investment we had chosen to make. I'm so glad we decided to go through Lajedan!!! They bent over backwards to make sure everything was just right for us! I'm confident we made the right choice in realtors. A huge thank you to the people who made our dream a reality. I wish I could give 6 stars!

Honestly if I could give them 0 stars I would!!! I know someone who rented from them and they asked them to bring a electrician to look at the wiring, otherwise the house could catch on FIRE! So they sent them one when they weren’t even home and are asking tenets to pay the $75. And are trying to kick them out within 48 hours!! So unless you wanna die a fiery death, and have a back up home to live in. Rude. Disrespectful. Money hungry. Is just a few words to describe this business!!nnPLEASE PLEASE PLEASE read the reviews on their Facebook page too!! And here!!!

Worst place to rent in Abilene, by far, I lived here for a year, my a/c went out and i had to threaten them with legal action to get it fixed over 2 weeks later and this was in the heat of the Texas summer, with the days all being over 100 degrees. Then the bathroom ceiling which had a crack since I moved in fell in and all that was underneath it was black mold. Roaches everywhere. they not only would not paint the outside of the house which was peeling everywhere, but, when I offered to do it for free, they would not let me, they wanted a tax write-off, these are the epitome of slumlords. Never rent from these idiots.

This is an absolutely awful place to rent from. They are not fixing electrical problems that are highly risky for someone’s safety in a timely manner, and are now trying to illegally evict. DO NOT RENT HERE
