This used to be one of my favorite locations but lately the service has been horrible. Trey and the other girl there today (07/26/20) were VERY unprofessional and rude. There is an appropriate way to act around and talk to customers and the way they act is not it. Trey and the other girl were also being very rude to the guy who was training. The manager should be embarrassed that these employees are representing the location. My family and I will definitely not be giving that location our business any more.
I eat lunch here 3-5 times a week! Sadly I will NOT be back until James is gone! I loved spending my entire lunch listening to him complain about his job and tell customers how upset he is because they are so busy! How about you go get another job if subway is to hard for you. I have never waited 20 minutes in a line for subway! I hope y'all find better staff!
This location needs more workers. Everytime I go they are busy with 1 worker doing everything. Me and my daughter just left after getting an eye roll from the guy that was working when we walked in. I've noticed this location going down for some time and I'll never go there again. I prefer the one on Antilley anyway.
