Green Chile Double, YUM!!!!nmike drop.....
Been here for an hour. Still don’t have my food
We stopped on our way to Dallas. The customer service wasn’t there. They were rude, stepping in front of my husband to fill the drive thru drinks while he was trying to get his own drink filled. The booth we sat at was by the large windows and there were ants on the ledge. They also didn’t give my husband the gravy that comes with his meal and when he went to ask for it they told him “you have to ask for that” which makes no sense if we paid for it??? The food was good, at least.
Not always fast but good food
The worst whataburger I've been to. From start to finish, the service was below minimum expectations. 10 employees visible, but not one positive remark, thank you, nothing. The staff were outright rude at times. Anta were present. The food was okay, but the staff were rude about gravy for the chicken box, of all things. It's a terrible experience, the only saving grace being a burger that turned out good. I would recommend to keep driving.
