We went Yesterday drove in from out of town to spend the day in Abilene. Just walking in there was a dirty smell. We paid and our cups were filthy, we walked in and everything was dirty. This place literally looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. There was stuff spilled on the floors, tables were sticky and still dirty. Just plain gross. Very disappointed. Didn't stay to eat at all. Went and asked for my money back and left. Definitely will not go back at all.
After closing for a year, I was so excited to eat here. However it looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in that year. The drink stations were out of ice, the floors and rugs around them were filthy and disgusting, desserts were barely edible and there was only 2 or 3 pizza options available at a time. So disappointed in Mr. Gattis
I'm giving this a 2 star because the pizza was not good at all, but the arcade was pretty affordable. A lot more affordable than Primetime. It was my first time going to the Mr Gatti's here in Abilene. There used to be one in Dallas, but it closed down because no one liked the pizza there either. The only reason I went to the one in Abilene was because my in-laws insisted we go for my sons 5th birthday. My son didn't even enjoy the pizza. Will not be going back. It's not worth the money going just for the arcade and then leaving starving.
update: I responded via the email you sent on here ............nnCard readers need work. Games need work. Hard to play games when cards dont work. Lots of shut down rides and games. Too many to name.refunds not offered is unacceptable. Warnings should be issued that games not up and running good before buying cards.
Already cooked food but wide selection of pizza.nLove the salad bar and the cream of broccoli soup is to die for levels of good.
