The manager at 5:00 pm on 01/29/19 was great. Back in town on 01/30/21 they have updated this location and is better than ever. Great staff that were all wearing their masks. She came by several times and checked on us. She was joyful in her work. We will drive back to this location because of her. We live in Houston, but visit Abilene several times a year.
The food here is great! But the wait times drive me crazy! The staff is pretty sweet though, and they give you their best. That in itself is what makes me deal with the time it takes, to get my order. Plus the end result, is the food is really good.
Everything I got was right, I came in through drive through around 10:40, i have a soft voice and can't speak loud but they understood me just fine. The person taking the order and the one who gave me my order were both amazing. Definitely eased my anxiety and made me feel happier. Thank you so much!!
We made an online order through the app and by the time we drove up only like 4 minutes had gone by but they were really nice and told us we could drive up to the first window and made sure we got our order right by asking us what to substitute something for. This was all at like 3 in the morning or something like that so we appreciate the kind and positive attitude even though they were probably tired as heck.nFood was delish, like always. This is my #1 restaurant to go to if I'm going to eat fast food.
I finally disciplined myself enough to order something different... Instead of my regular Patty Melt I had chicken nuggets for the first and they like my patty melt were scrumptious!
