6 o’clock in the afternoon on a Saturday and they are refusing to take people’s orders what a crock will never go back
Haven't been in a long time, but today went by there and couldn't go in and drive through was very slow, but come to find out they only had one person working! He did a great job!! Very nice and worked as fast as he could!! The owners need to give him one hell of a bonus check!! Especially since they didn't even care enough to come help him!! Five stars for that man!!
Hard to get service but still good
Haven't been to a Long John Silvers in a few years.. came to Abilene, thought I would stop at this one and have some of their food.... well.. they got my order wrong.. looked at the ticket and she even rang up the wrong order.. same prices but wrong order.. got the order with wrong sides.. even with the order being wrong wasnt even the correct items to match the order.. and then the floor was very slippery... husband had a prosthetic leg on and he had to try to grab unto tables and chairs to make it to the door to keep from slipping... guess I'm not coming back.. not to this one.. poor service and lacks supervision
