These landlords are great, I have definitely had some bad landlords in the past but these guys are awesome. They are very friendly, easy to contact, and easy to deal with!

They say their focus is on the upkeep of their properties and the well being of their tenants... well that focus is off kilter! I am a previous tenant who has (to my frustration) never received my security deposit. I have sent text & Facebook messages, as well as certified mail, to both Phillip and Nick Hollan requesting this deposit or at the very least an explanation for why it is being withheld.nnTo date this issue has not been resolved and it is so frustrating being ignored because I'm no longer an active tenant or of any use to them financially.nnI had originally thought the Hollan's were very nice and caring but apparently that is not the case due to the way I have been treated since I moved out. Future tenants: beware!nnIf you really want to focus on the well being of your company, you should think about the way you treat people when they are no longer of any use to you. Networking and reputation mean a lot and I wouldn't have brought any of my grievances to the public's attention if you would have just responded to a single message/phone call/letter(I sent 2) of mine.
