Cain and Patricia are incredible owners. They really excel at customer service. The quality of their carpets is exceptional and prices are phenomenal. Their vent cleaning service is a must for every home owner. Stop breathing dirty air! Highly recommend this business.
They cleaned my dad and mom's carpet. The carpet is about 20 years old, yes 20 years! When Ralph finished it looked GREAT!! ALL the stains were gone!!! Ralph, who cleaned the carpet, was fantastic. Friendly, knowledgeable, and gave above and beyond customer service!! Everything about Quality Carpet cleaning is 100% wonderful. I'll certainly use them again!!
