Frustrating experience! After placing the clothes in my car, I'm told their card machine isn't working, they take my clothes back and tell me to come back tomorrow. I call the next day to see if the machine is working and she says it's hit or miss. I stop to get cash and find out when I get there that it's working just fine. Then, they tell me one price, then realize they labeled something wrong and charge me more. I'll be finding another business that values their customers.
Be careful! They tell you one price and then charge you another. They only tell you after they've run your card. Not trustworthy
Honestly, the front desk girl with the long hair, she is so friendly. She genuinely cares about each situation and piece of clothing that comes through this place. I will continue to recommend this cleaners to anyone who needs a dry cleaners until I die!
They lost my comforter after having it dry cleaned and when I finally picked it up it was ripped. Would give 0 stars if it was an option.
They advertise free delivery on their website and this is only available if you live along their established routes.
