Do not take your designer items to be dry-cleaned here! I took three items to be cleaned, and two were returned to me damaged. The sleeve stitching on one of my items was ripped out, and the tags on my other item were ripped out. On top of the bad quality of work, I was only treated nicely once out of the three times I was in the store. I was also not alerted when my items were ready to be picked up.
Paid a pretty penny to arrive home with laundry not dry
So glad we switched from Ingrams. So much faster and cheaper and nothing gets messed up or shrinks!
