I am changing my comment because just recently I was able to get in contact with the owner. He was informed of what happened to me (not by his employees) and quickly apologized for it. He gave me my money back and hopes I would continue to do business with him. Because of his friendly attitude and professional stature I am proud to say I still do business with him.
Clean up most of what you bring there ...if it can't be done at that place the it will get taken to there other location to get it done most of the time ...
