My mom always said if you don’t have a anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all... BUT... I’m not my mom and I hope this review helps someone in the future!!!! If I could give less than 1 star, I would!! I rented off of them when I was in college. They were never available When bad things occurred ( such as water leaks And getting flooded into the home) and they never offered support when I told them about things that went wrong in their house! My sister is currently renting from them ( despite my suggestions not to) and has been treated very unfairly and walked into a home that smelled like cat urine, the house had issues with the heating element and they blamed it on the renters when it was their mistake.... then during this pandemic, when all of the students renting from them lost their jobs and had to move out early, they got angry and took their last month deposit..... and they had the nerve to say they were doing those kids a favor...... as if!!! Landlords taking advantage of young renters if selfish and distasteful!!! I do not recommend them!!!!!

Very rude people and are so selfish and greedy that they won’t even work with you if you’re a day late on rent, especially during a pandemic when people are getting laid off and working short hours, we’ve always been on time with rent and have never missed one payment for a year but when it’s a day late it’s a big deal. DO NOT RENT OFF OF THESE PEOPLE!!!!

Morehead Kentucky Rentals is very professional, and organized. We have rented off of them for two years now. They have always been easy to get along with. If we ever need something fixed we give them a call, and they immediately get back to us to set up a good time to fix the problem. They are great about giving deposits back if you do all of the steps on your contract to leave the place in good condition. There places are super nice for rentals. We currently live in a trailer that has popular wood on the ceilings, and dark hard wood through out. It is beautiful. If your new to Morehead or looking for a great place to rent give them a call.
