Very disappointed with this business . My husband went to buy a part at this place but when got home realized it was the wrong one so went back to return with receipt in hand that proved that the item was paid in cash, they refused to give his money back and made him wait 10 days in order to receive a CHECK !nMy question is how hard is to void a transaction that was made a few minutes earlier?nPlease think twice before buying something in this place .
They can make the colors of paint you want great store professional and nice .
I bought a Treager pellet grill at Pates. Salesman was very helpful and shared a few tips on the grill. I bought it in mid August and love everything we have grilled/smoked. Highly recommend doing business at this store.
