Taco Bell

This used to be my favorite place....but this last trip done me in....had to pay a ride$25 to go...the line was unbelievable...but we waited...to be told there's no more chicken.... WHAT?!?! craziest thing I ever heard...what j love of course was.... chicken...nAnyways....bye the time we got home...the food was mushy and cold....and not good at all.... really SOGGY. UGGHH....nnSADLY WILL NOT RETURN!

I just had the absolute worst fast food experience of my life at this Taco Bell. I placed an order online and was given the option to pick up in store. When I arrived the line for the drive-thru was 3 to 4 cars out into the street. I go into the restaurant, immediately one of the workers screamed at me and said the lobby was not open. I then explained to her that had placed an online order and I’m just here to pick it up. She again elevated her voice and told me she doesn’t care the lobby is closed and I have to go through the drive-thru to pick up my order. This is absolutely unacceptable customer service. I will never return to this Taco Bell. Absolutely no one should be treated this way when trying to pick up an already paid for order at any restaurant. Needless to say, I cancelled my order and went to Don Senors where they know how to treat their customers.

They got our drinks wrong twice, ordered Mt Dew. The food was actually right this time. Asked for a straw bc we only got one, the worker rolled her eyes. Then we asked for mild sauce and she said “should be some in the bag” but there wasn’t. So she went and got a whole bag of mild sauce for two tacos and dropped it in the car window! We smiled and was pleasant the whole time, no reason to be rude and this happens a-lot! Very poor customer service 90% of the time. It’s like they are mad we are even there.
