Got my first detail with them a week ago. They picked up my car at my home on time. Got it back around the time I got off work. Both times they answered all of my questions and explained the whole process. I got the 6 month ceramic coat polish rather than regular wax. The polish is fantastic. I have a photo below of how it shines. That is it in the shade. In the sun it is super shiny! Also, be aware these photos are from a week after the detail. There's a little dirt and stuff on the floor from my shoes. That was definitely not how it came back to me from the detailers. Also, its hard to tell but there's a thin layer of dirt on the car. I'm going to get it washed tonight after work. Even with that it shines fantastic and the finish is silky smooth. You can run the back of your hand down it and its like touching silk. No joke. The best part of that is that dirt washes off of it super easy! These guys are great. I will definitely be using them every 6 to 12 months..

If you want someone that takes pride in their work and gives you incredible quality, then Phoenix is the place. I took a chance on them by using other people’s google reviews, and I could not be more pleased so I’m hoping someone will read my review and use them! Y’all my ONLY regret is that I didn’t take “before” pictures. After three years and no prior auto detailing, my beige leather and carpets were looking rough. Honestly, they made my interior look like I bought it off the lot ten minutes ago!! I will be back!

Phoenix 5 Star Elite Auto Detail did a great ceramic coating job on our truck. Not only did we get a great deal, but the ceramic coating detail was above and beyond our expectations. We've gone to them in the past to get our interior detailed and they got all the dog hair out of our car. It looked like a brand new car. Their attention to detail always amazes us and we'll be coming back for sure.
