I have used the Mister Oil Change Express center ever since I moved to Abilene a year ago, and typically enjoy the experiences and prices. I found they were one of the most reasonably priced around town until they decided to raise their prices. I've always been able to get the most basic oil change for around $35 until today, when it cost $89.99 for the most basic oil change. I was told that they had to raise their prices recently, but this was an extreme increase. I think it's pretty bad when I know I could get a cheaper oil change at my dealership now

I have the unlimited and it is ok. I always leave wishing my car was cleaner. Sometimes the marks and spots are obvious, even when I pay extra for the staff to do it. Sometimes I go through twice on the same day to get it more clean. I guess it's nice to have that option for the monthly fee of $20.

I’ve always wanted to sign up for the Unlimited Wash Club and Mister Car Wash made it effortless. When I pulled up the staff member reviewed the variety of packages they offer, signed me up in less than 5 min on her iPad and I was on my way. My first wash came with a free vacuum and hand dry. With the unpredictable weather we get here in Abilene, I know $20 a month for unlimited washes will be beneficial.

Love the car wash! They pressure wash my rubber floor mats for $1 each which is so worth it! I was really disappointed that you sold the oil part to Valvoline though. They are not a good company. They tried to charge me $90 for an oil change you charged $56 for. I promptly went online and found a place (Ridgemont Super Lube) that did the oil change for $60. Valvoline said they would “match that price” but I think they should just charge what it costs. It was convenient to drive an hour to your place and be able to get my car cleaned, oil changed, and inspection sticker all in the same spot.

Extremely disappointed in the quality of service. This was my first time visiting and I paid for the top package plus tipped $10. I had to wait an hour and my car was still dirty in places, looked like they barely vacuumed, the detailing on the inside looks like they spent 10 seconds on, and they forgot to put my mat back in the car so I had to drive back and ask for it. The pictures show how it’s still looks awful and I had to go back to a manual car wash to complete the job. After spending $50 on a car wash I shouldn’t have to do anything. Will definitely not be a returning customer or recommend this location to anyone.
