I first met David Clark by chance around town in Weatherford, TX and I'm glad I did! The day we met my wife and I weren't looking to buy a home but we knew we would be before too long. When we were ready, we gave David a call and he really made the buying experience enjoyable and easy. He helped us purchase the home below appraisal value!nnJust over two years after closing on that home my family wanted to relocate out of state. Once again we phoned David Clark to, this time, sell the house. Even at the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic, David was very accommodating and kept our home clean and safe after every home showing. This was especially important to us being the parents of an infant.nnIt's been over three years since we met David Clark and he's more than a realtor, I consider him a friend.
