Carl Russell handled the sale of my mother’s home and property. Carl also handled the sale of our property in Graham. Both properties sold to the first person that looked at them. Carl Russell listed and sold my home. He secured two contracts within a week of the initial listing and shepherded me through the sales process with a minimum of stress. Marsha Hardin is fantastic! She exceeded our expectations on every level! From day one she was kind, professional, and SO easy to work with. Marsha Hardin is an amazing realtor. My house had a contract in one day. She was there to help me every step of the way. She helped me through the process. I would give her the highest possible rating. If you need to sell a home she is your go to realtor. She also helped me through the maze of buying a new home. You could not find any realtor that would work any harder on your behalf. Smart, knowledgeable and tenacious.
