CONTRACTORS AND BUYERS, RENTERS BEWARE!!!!!! We were warned about Starlyn Smith by multiple tenants when we were hired by this smith lady to work on her properties she always tried to get something for nothing, after we paid for material and put in man hours to complete work she would try to give herself a discount when pictures were taken and tenants could see that it was quality workmanship. Tenants would warn us and tell us horror stories of dealing with Starlyn Smith. When we called to speak to Mr.Brandt at that Saginaw Century 21 location he said he would have a talk with her about her attempting to not pay us or return our calls and emails, he added in that they have many vendors lol great I'm sure thats why you had to call us in as a new vendor she probably burned everyone else as well and be warned if you are a vendor or renter they think they are over you and your boss it is quite comical and they take forever to pay and have terrible attitudes for the line of work they are in. We will not be working with this branch ever again and would not recommend them to anyone for any reason, very under handed and sneaky company that rips people off! BEWARE!!
