Visiting azle on vacation with wife and family. I went to order dinner and they told me that they're no longer taking card payments and they shut down cash purchases today. even told them I'd pay over and let them keep the change if they just let me order food and they turned me away. I don't blame the employees but it does seem like this place has poor management.
Went there and had great service.. I lost my receipt so I'm not able to do the survey. So I'm on here. Melissa was amazing. She was so attentive and understanding. I have a concrete business and she was truly helpful I. Making sure my men had everything they needed to be able to eat at that job site. She truly appreciate her going above and beyond. I own my own business and I'm blown away of how she handled it. I hope I didn't get her name wrong. She knows who she is if you're reading this keep it up every work place needs people like you.
I've been to this location 5 or six times over the last year. Always very friendly Always very fresh. If something isn't ready right away they do there best to get it done so its fresh every time and not give you something that has sat to long
Using drive through they took my order and money and asked me to wait out front. 15 minuted went by, then i inquired about my order. They said it would be 25-30 minutes to get my order. No mention of this when I placed my order.10 other people were sharing my experience. You would think management could adapt or at least be honest and upfront. Poorly mamaged! I would not recommend!
