I didn't have a great experience this time! I made an appointment and still didn't get seen until a little over an hour after the appointment. Then I thought they understood I wanted gel nail tips and instead ended up getting an awful manicure!! Was told to come back and they would do my nails promptly as I am leaving town tomorrow I don't have a lot of time. Yet here I sit so far for 20 minutes!! I think they've gotten too big for the excellent work they used to do!
Lorna is great. All the girls are good. The guys do a decent job but they are a little rough. When I see Lorna or Dianne, I’m always 100% satisfied. This last time I had a guy and I came out with my fingers hurting and some nails weren’t as well done as they should have been. If you’re a little more detailed or sensitive (like me), I would suggest asking for one of the girls. I LOVE my girls!
Love it. Simple environment, friendly atmosphere. Best place to take a short naand get your hair cut at the same time.
Michael at Elite Nails was great! I am very pleased. He will be my go-to guy. Cant wait to get a pedicure from him. He listens!!
