I was extremely impressed with my recent services from Hancock plumbing. They came out to fix a few of my plumbing needs and were so helpful. Excellent service, knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it whereas I had 2 other plumbers come look at my issues and they were completely clueless, but Hancock literally came in and knocked out like 5 different things within an hour. I'm extremely grateful for their honesty, integrity and being the best at what they do. Call them for any of your plumbing needs, you won't be disappointed! Oh, did I mention that they were very fair in their pricing which was also a huge relief.nCall them for your plumbing needs, you won't be disappointed!!

Charged $245 for a service that didn't even fix the problem. Very rude and I feel that he knew he screwed us over just two days before Christmas. If you're looking for a decent-honest plumber I wouldn't go with these guys!

Had basement floor drains backing up, I called them late on Friday night they said they could be here Saturday morning, tech called at 7am Saturday, they came out looked at the problem and cleared all the drains. In and out in 45 minutes. Recommend for sure.

Set an appointment to have a drain cleaned and camera run through our pipes underground. I called and was told he (was never told a name) wanted to come by Thursday. I called and texted the number asking for an ETA and got no call back or response on Thursday. No call, no show. Sounds like I’m not the only one who’s had this issue. Go with Jolly Plumbing, better reviews and VERY organized.
