Arby's

Terrible thing fried my sweet potato waffle fries to a crisp the turkey smelled bad and they also fried my buffalo chicken way too long.

They like to ask you 3 times if you need sauce and you say yes and they STILL don't give you any. Why ask multiple times if you are still going to forget?

Horrible customer service. Rude employees at the drive thru window. Asked for a minute to look over the menu and was asked if we could hurry up and order as she didn't have all day. Should've left but my kids were hungry and were set on Arbys. Will not be back here. These ppl seriously need better training in customer service.

Definitely not happy. I go to arbys for the quality granted i pay more but its for better quality. This one just doesn't know what it mean I didn't get half my food
