The parking here is horrible. I pay to live here. I pay for my dog to live here. I’m not paying for my car to “live here” too. The staff is super friendly and the complex is very well-kept for the most part. But I sometimes come home and will have to circle the parking lot for 20 to 30 minutes just hoping that someone leaves so I can park my car and go to my home. I feel like there’s not much parking here as it is but on top of that most of the parking spots are just empty parking spots that are reserved for residents to pay to park there. The thing is no one wants to pay to park here so those spots remain empty. So everyone here is scrambling to get the few spots that you don’t have to pay for. Most of the reserved spots that you have to pay for aren’t even close to your home so it’s not even worth paying for. I absolutely love this complex but I will not be renewing my lease specifically because of the parking. On top of that the pool side view that I pay for isn’t anything to look at as the pool has been green and brown since February. The call box by the front gate does not work. So anytime you have company or have food delivered they can’t get inside. I wish they would fix the call box, maintain the cleanliness of the pool, and get rid of the reserved parking spots. Just charge for covered parking and the garages.

My son and I love living here! The staff is amazing, esp Cassie she is always on top of anything that comes to her attention! The maintenance crew is great as well, they are quick and respectfulud83dude0a

The staff is absolutely amazing!!! Cassie did such an awesome job showing me around an answering all my questions. They really sold it for me honestly, but the insane clubhouse didn’t hurt either!

The apartments are beautiful. Any age family could be very comfortable here. The common areas and amenities are everything you want in a home. It was awesome tslking with the staff that helped me. This is the place to live!

The pool is still filthy & has been for over a month. It’s irritating paying high rent & have these kind of problems that have lasted too long. The front gate call box doesn’t work to let your guest in or door dash. You have to go downstairs to get it yourself. The call box issue has been going on since we moved in September 2020. Management doesn’t seem to care about the property at all.
