I called this so-called Loser Realtor Mabruk Zatout and he never returned my phone calls. I was inquiring about a ranch property he listed online, he answered and told me he'll call me back and never did. He did this 3 times on 3 different occasions.......I'll take my business somewhere else.

STAY AWAY FROM THEIR REALTORS AND COMPANY, ESPECIALLY NIKHIL PATEL.nnHe is a fraud. He does not know what customer service is and he fools around with people. He needs to be sent to jail for using high end companies to fool people.nnTo PowerStar Realty: If you want to save you business, then FIRE HIM!!! I will tell all my relatives to stay away from your company and your employees as they are NOT WORTH A SINGLE PENNY

Power star realty: Adam PurdynnTo whom it may concern:nI just wanted to express my total utter disappointment in the unprofessional manner that Adam Purdy from Powerstar Realty displayed throughout the selling process. He cussed out my realtor, Tricia Nunez, several times using words like fu** you, bitch, and dumb ass. He threatened to pull out of the deal 3 times because we couldn’t change our schedule to meet his unrealistic time frame. We were set to close on September 28th which everyone agreed on and took off work for. Then, 6 days before closing Adam changes the date to October 5th at 8:30a.m. So, we the sellers had to jump through hoops to cancel our time off from work and change it to that date, but we did it. Then, a day before our closing on October 4th, 17 hours before our closing time, Adam tried to push the time back from 8:30 to 3:30. Well, of course this put us in a bind once again because of work and due to the closing on our new house, not to mention stress and headaches as well. Also, he kept threatening us saying he would back out at every turn even though we already agreed to pay for the buyer’s closing costs and leave all of our appliances.nAdam is very unprofessional, rude, and should not be dealing with any customers. I’m going to stay away and advise everyone I know to stay away from Adam and his realty company in the future. If I could give half a star I would.
