Michael and Shawn did an incredible job selling our home. They are true professionals and know the local market very well. They did an exceptional job marketing our house. They also kept us updated and were very responsive to communications. We had to move out of state while our house was on the market and they even looked after our home since we weren't there. In the end, they brought us an offer $10k over asking price in within two weeks on listing the house. It doesn't get any better than that. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a realtor in Keller or the surrounding area.

When I decided to move from my townhouse to a single family unattached home, I asked a close friend if he could recommend a good realtor. He told me Mike Kerr was well known as being not only familiar with the local market, but as a personable, hard working, and honest individual. When It was time to sell my home I asked a friend if they knew of a good realtor. She referred me to Michael and Shawn Kerr. What a wonderful choice. They were well aware of the market and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I could always depend on them to be available. Never having to hunt them down to check on progress. I have purchased and sold two homes with the Kerrs as my realtors. If your goal is to have a team which is professional, experienced, and courteous then Michael and Shawn are the realtors for you!
