We just recently moved in here and have had a great experience so far. LaTonya set up our lease and was so professional, helpful and friendly. Moving in was quick and easy and our apartment is clean and updated. So far the complex overall has been very quiet and parking has been readily available.

This Apartment Community is Stunning!nnEach and every time I visit the office I am greeted with smiles and a big Hello from everyone in the Leasing Office. They are always willing to go above and beyond to make sure each Resident & Guest feels like they are at Home.nThe property has a great Fitness Center, Resort Pool and Clubhouse.nIn my opinion, Olympus Waterford is the BEST apartment community to reside at in Keller and to call HOME.

I lived here for a year and lived in their counterpart Olympus Stone Glen before here and the company is so great - I had a crazy personal thing that happened where I needed to move apartments and they made it a smooth transition. The neighbors are all super friendly and the apartment itself feels like a townhome more than an apartment and I loved living here - I would definitely recommend this complex to everyone!

Reagan is literally the best manager I’ve ever encountered at Olympus. She is kind, professional, works with your budget, understanding, and follows up with every question/ concern. The entire time I lived at this complex if I was at the office she was attentive and knowledgeable of her job. The pool, office, and gym are always clean. I felt safe living here and it’s just a great place to meet friends too. I’ve met life long friends at Olympus Waterford. We’re all like family and it’s great!!!! If you want a good neighor this is a place for you! Only the elite of Keller live here!

When I first moved to Keller, I wasn’t sure where to live. I was thinking about renting a house but decided on an apartment because I traveled a lot for work. And I decided on Olympus Waterford because I felt my belongings would be safe while I was away. I made the right choice and never had to worry about anything while I was away. Also important for me were the schools my son could go to while at Olympus Waterford.nnThe people in the office were professional and kind and always a pleasure to work with. The residents were friendly and I even made some friends while staying there. My son and I really enjoyed the pool.nnThe apartments were clean, spacious, and a good fit for me. I never had an issue during the two years I lived there.
