Everyone that works for this company is very customer oriented, they are very prompt and always helpful and pleasant. I have only had to call for an issue a few times for minor things, and each time Cassie is so helpful and gets me taken care of immediately and she is very nice and always cheerful and sweet! In fact the entire staff that I have had the pleasure of meeting from the office staff to the technicians have been super kind and always helpful! You could not ask for a better management company to rent from! These people are the best- but Cassie and Printace are the two I deal with most and I just love them! Keep up the excellent work - I would give more stars if I could!!!

I have used McCaw Property Management for the past 5 years to manage a rental condo in Plano. This was my initial venture into owning investment real estate so everything was a learning opportunity. The staff and management of McCaw were always very patient and helpful to answer all my questions. They were very responsive to any request. Jeff Wall, Darla Lydens, Cassie Herd and Alex Feinberg were all especially helpful during the recent sale of this property and resolving some lingering issues with repairs. I would not hesitate to utilize McCaw in the future. Highly recommended.
