It was great.
I went to order me some pizzas and when I saw the final cost ... sticker shock. They have no specials so this makes it more expensive than their competitors. On top of that I will have to cook it.
We haven't had Papa Murphys since we moved from Colorado almost two years ago. With that said, we were happy to find one close to where we live.nnMy wife and I went in tonight because we both forgot to set meat out for dinner. Of course the menu is basically the same, but what did it for us was the customer service. The gentleman at the register was very inviting and very friendly. I want to say his name was Lloyd, but I regrettably cannot remember.nnBased on that interaction alone, we will be back.
For many years, we have loved Papa Murphy’s. However, this evening I stopped in to pick up a pizza and salad for dinner and was treated so rudely by the store manager, Peter Palacio. I was appalled at how rudely he spoke to me. I picked up a Chicken Caesar Salad and was looking at it to see if it had dressing, when he looked at me and said, “Don’t do that! You’re ruining my presentation!” When I told him I was buying it and checking for dressing, he literally huffed in my face and again spoke to me with complete rudeness and disrespect. By the way, we discovered later this evening that there was NO chicken in the salad. Perhaps he should have focused less on ‘presentation’ and more on quality control I hope no one else has been treated This way!nDefinitely not management material!!
Mediterranean Pizza is our favorite. Order ahead online and come pick up your food without having to wait.
