Just visited this restaurant for lunch, only one person appeared to be scheduled for the lunch shift. I get it, food service problems. But I should not have had to ask the employee to wash their hands after handling tender during checkout from the customer in front of me. I also should not have had to witness this employee wet their hands for less than 10 seconds, and totally disregard using the soap. Obviously, that’s disgusting. I immediately left. 0/10. STRONGLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS STORE.

The workers here were a bit slow when I tried to get my sandwich, and 1 of the employees misunderstood a lot of what I was trying to say. Seating is kind of uncomfortable before the pandemic, and now there is basically no seating. Also, the fans and music are incredibly loud. Maybe this place has improved, but from my experience, I just didn't really like it. ud83dudc4e

Placed my order for two foot longs on line so they were ready & bagged when I arrived. The $8.00 veggie delight consisted of bread (no dressing of any kind), 3 slices of bell pepper & 1/2 thin sliced of cucumber.That was literally all! Store was closed by the time I got home & unwrapped it. Also the foot long $9.00 chicken Teriyaki had no chicken! The veggie ended up in the garage Dry bread with none of the veggies I ordered, no cheese & no dressing. It was 9:30, We were starving & paid just under $20 for a foot long loaf of dry bread.What a wasteud83eudd24

Good subs fair prices. Convenient for work lunch. Lone gripe is today the manager let someone cut in front of me and checked them out first. Not cool.
